Заказала 13.05.2018, продавец отправил заказ 14.05.2018, пришёл 31.05.2018 в Нижегородскую область. С продавцом не общалась. Трек-номер отслеживался на всём пути следования товара. Товар забрала на почте. Упакован в тонкий полиэтиленовый почтовый пакет, коробку из пенопласта и прозрачный полиэтиленовый пакет с клейкой застёжкой. Небольшой запах. Цвет – серый. Материал – из чего сделан сам органайзер я не знаю, но обит он искусственным бархатом. Органайзер без деформаций, трещин и потёртостей. Имеются заломы на бархате из-за давления пакета и небольшое количество нитей из клея, но их можно легко убрать. В некоторых местах стыка бархат лежит не очень красиво и ровно, но это не критично. Фурнитура металлическая, золотого цвета, немного потёртая, прикреплена с помощью саморезов, петли и замок работают исправно. При закрытой коробке крышка немного отходит в сторону от основной части. В крышке имеется вставка из стекла, которое без царапин, трещин и потёртостей, закреплено надёжно.
