The shipping was very fast to Chile (I live in a rural area). The first impression was very positive; the case is well padded, the scanner is made of aluminum, has a heavy base, and feels solid. Downloading the drivers is very simple, the interface is in Spanish, I’m getting used to it, but it’s quite user-friendly and offers many options. I bought it to scan books; before, I did it with a flatbed scanner. The experience with this overhead scanner is significantly superior in terms of resolution, speed, work area, and convenience (there’s no need to lift the book for each page). Erase the edges of each page with your fingers, bring a USB drive to scan. The OCR it provides is good, but I scan it as a PDF image and then process it with ABBY. I am very happy, it is a product of very good quality. Many thanks to the seller.

The product is simply excellent! The packaging eliminates any damage. Tested on Mac, XP, Win 10, works perfectly. There is a Russian language option. Everything is clear without an explanation. But it requires a good working environment: external lighting, shadows will be noticeable in the scan. If you need to scan a lot, then this scanner is for you!

As described, but it’s a3 compatible, when i place two a4 pages (a4=210x297mm & a3=297x420mm) in the capture area on the mat provided, part of the pages are taking from the result. The arm is too good for a3 capture.
