I have anxiety and this helped me fall asleep much faster then usual so a big thumbs up from me. Very relaxing. I can’t believe this worked for me it helped so much. I plan on getting my daughter one for Christmas.

It does its job, honest price. It comes nicely wrapped. The box is nice and not damaged. Includes charging cable, English instructions and quality assurance seal. I ‘ve tried it a couple of nights and it helps me sleep. But I use it off because the little electric shock makes me nervous.

I don’t really understand the dynamics of exactly how it does this, but it does. The silicone is soft and comfortable to hold. It’s best to slip it on your wrist; the last thing you want to happen is you fall asleep with it in your hand and it ends up dropping to the floor and startling you awake. It’s worth trying. Well, I’m pleasantly surprised and happy to say this actually helps me to relax which in turn helps me to get to sleep.

Beginning not believed, but it brings really what! I suggest make better! Initially I got this to help with my migraines, while it didn’t help with that I did notice that it helped with getting me to sleep. The first time I ever tried it I ended up falling asleep immediately.

5 stars store! Very fast arrival. I tested it 1x and it seems to me correct. I was surprised it was electrical impulses but I fell asleep with it. To test over several nights.
